Mike is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany and received an MBA from Syracuse University in 1974. He earned his Chartered Life Underwriter designation in 1979 and Chartered Financial Consultant in 1984. He is a licensed insurance agent in New York as well as several other states. Mike’s experience as a life and health insurance brokerage general agent for over 40 years has provided him considerable knowledge of life, disability, and long term care insurance products as well as applications of these products to individual, estate, and business planning needs

Office Manager

Michelle has been with Upstate Insurance Brokerage since 2003. She is a graduate of Bryant and Stratton College with a degree in Business Management and Administrative Assistance. In addition to overseeing general operations of the office, Michelle also acts as liaison to our partner carriers for marketing and underwriting. Taking care of the details is a critical part of the proposal and application process. Our broker partners have come to rely on Michelle to take care of their customers and keep the process moving along smoothly.
